Terminology

The terms "we", "us", or "our" refer to Glassroom LLC. The terms "you", "your", "User", or "customer" refer to any individual who accepts this Agreement, has access to your account, or uses the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have read, understand, and have the legal capacity (or parental consent) to be bound by this Agreement.

User Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are:

• At least 13 years of age;
• If under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), using the Services only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf;
• Otherwise recognized as able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law (or, if a minor, doing so through your parent or guardian); and
• Not barred from receiving the Services under U.S. or other applicable jurisdiction laws.

Modification of Agreement, Site, or Services

Glassroom LLC may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time. Such modifications are effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the Services. Glassroom LLC reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including prices and fees, at any time.

Registration Obligations

To use certain Services, you may be required to register and designate account credentials. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. If any information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if we suspect so, we may suspend or terminate your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

General Rules of Conduct

• Comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Do not collect or harvest any non-public or personally identifiable information about another User without their consent.
• Do not use the Services in any manner that is illegal or encourages illegal activity; exploits or endangers minors; or promotes terrorism, violence, spam, hacking, intellectual-property infringement, or invasion of privacy.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Do not copy, distribute, or alter any part of the Services except as expressly authorized by Glassroom LLC.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Mentor. By submitting content, you grant Glassroom LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and use that content to operate, improve, and develop the Services, including AI-powered features. To provide those features, your content may be processed by the service providers that power them (for example, our AI model providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it with third parties to train their own AI models. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant this license.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The responses generated by Mentor's AI systems are for general informational, educational, and self-improvement purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Mentor is not a substitute for professional help, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline. Glassroom LLC disclaims all liability for any errors or omissions in content provided and any damages arising from use of AI-generated content. You are encouraged to seek professional advice for your specific needs.

Academic Integrity

Mentor is designed to support learning and personal growth, not to substitute for your own academic efforts. Using the Services to circumvent academic honesty policies is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

Fees, Payments, and Automatic Renewal

Fees for paid Services are shown within the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term and charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal term unless you cancel beforehand. Glassroom LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time, effective when posted; renewals reflect current rates unless you disable automatic renewal.

Refund of Charges

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and billed by those stores and are subject to their terms and refund policies; you may request refunds directly through the applicable app store. Except as specifically set forth here or required by law, all fees are prepaid for the selected period and are non-refundable.

Monitoring of Content and Account Termination

Glassroom LLC generally does not pre-screen User content but reserves the right (with no obligation) to review it and to remove content or terminate access for any User who violates this Agreement or is a repeat offender, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. If we terminate your access, we may remove and destroy any data and files you have stored on our servers.

Discontinued Services and End-of-Life Policy

Glassroom LLC reserves the right to discontinue any of the Services at any time, for any reason. When a Service reaches End-of-Life, we will attempt to notify you in advance and may offer a comparable Service, prorated credit, or refund. It is your responsibility to migrate to a replacement before that date, and Glassroom LLC will not be liable for any loss arising from such migration.

Third-Party Content, Sites, and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party content, sites, or services. Glassroom LLC is not an agent of, nor directly involved in, any transaction between you and a third party, and disclaims all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service.

Disclaimer of Representations and Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." GLASSROOM LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GLASSROOM LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT, THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GLASSROOM LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY. GLASSROOM LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $10,000. THIS LIMITATION SURVIVES TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glassroom LLC and its affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Compliance with Local Laws

Glassroom LLC makes no representation that the Services are appropriate in every country or jurisdiction. Users who access the Services from jurisdictions where the content is illegal do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Disputes, Binding Arbitration, and Waiver of Class Actions

Any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, and you and Glassroom LLC waive the right to a court proceeding and to participate in a class or representative action. Individual claims within a small claims court's jurisdiction may be filed there. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting this Agreement by emailing contact@heymentor.app.

Titles, Headings, and Severability

Titles and headings are for reference only. Each provision is a separate covenant, and if a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

U.S. Export Laws

The Services comply with U.S. export laws. You may not access the Services from embargoed countries or allow access to anyone on a denied persons list.

English Language Controls

This Agreement is executed in English. Any translation is provided for convenience, and the English version prevails in case of conflict.
